07:00 Meet with the guides at the hotel reception. Depart to the Bornean rainforest, where the Temburong region is located.
08:30 Arrive at the rainforest lodge, where tea will be offered, and where the safety briefing will take place.
09:45 Masterclass demonstration: The preparation for bamboo cooking begins – bamboo rice and bamboo chicken.
10:30 Proceed to upriver to collect fern leaf (locally referred to as “pakis”), which will be used for cooking.
11:15 Return to the lodge, prepare kerabu pakis, fried pakis and banana fritters (dessert).
12:30 Lunchtime – the food prepared will be served.
13:30 Experience of Temburong Wajid making & packing.
14:30 Enjoy locally cooked Wajid. Free time to walk around the forest and take photographs.
15:00 Return to the hotel, and the end of the tour.
